PRODUCT INFORMATION DATA SHEETS GREYSTRIPE Brushable Seam Sealer DESCRIPTION: Greystripe is a flexible brushable seam sealer for the over-coating of weld seams in luggage and engine compartments. Greystripe is petrol, oil and water resistant and can be over-painted with most paint systems. SURFACE PREPARATION AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Greystripe brushable seam sealer can be used on the following surfaces:- - Weld panels on metal panels within the vehicle. Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from grease. Recommended working temperature 16-27°C.
APPLICATION: Apply generously and evenly with a brush, always brushing along the seam. One coat is adequate for most applications. DRYING TIME: Approximately 6-10 minutes for the surface and 7-8 hours to fully cure throughout. Drying time is dependant on film thickness, humidity and temperature. OVER-PAINTING: Greystripe may be over-painted with most paint systems. |
