SYSTEM 20 ROCKET

DESCRIPTION: System 20 Rocket is a liquid additive which is used in small quantities with 2K isocyanate hardeners to achieve rapid through curing. It may be used with normal or medium solids (MS) or high solids (HS) systems for air drying or stoving.

ADVANTAGES OF USING SYSTEM 20 ROCKETS: System 20 Rockets accelerates the through curing of 2K primers, topcoats and clear lacquers, significantly reducing stoving times - offering increased throughput and energy saving in the workshop.

MIXING RATIO: Open a fresh can of 2K isocyanate hardener, remove the seal and add System 20 Rocket as follows:-

Add 1 reservoir of System 20 Rocket to 1 litre of hardener

Replace the lid tightly and shake well to mix the 2K hardener and System 20 Rocket thoroughly together in the can.

Mark the can so that System 20 Rocket is not added a second time.

The accelerated 2K hardener can now be used in the normal way with 2K primers, colours or clear lacquers.

The addition of System 20 Rockets at 2-3% will reduce drying time by between 30-50% depending on the paint product with which it is mixed.

IMPORTANT: System 20 Rocket is designed for use with conventional isocyanate hardeners and should not be used with non isocyanate hardeners.
